HATRED FOR HOMELSS ON THE RISE

    There is a group  in our city that has taken it upon themselves to harass homeless people in an effort to retrieve suspected stolen goods. The group targets homeless people with goods the group feels look too good to belong to a homeless person. It concerns me that so many people agree with this Vigilantism

     We are having a municipal election in our city and the leader of this group is running for mayor. One of the other members is considering running for City Council. I sincerely hope these people do not win.

Looking for Work

I am volunteering at the Information Desk at the Hospital and in Reception at the S.P.C.A. I am looking for a job that is slow paced, has very little or no multitasking, and no heavy physical work. Such a position is next to impossible to find in Penticton. If anyone out there knows of any position in Penticton or surrounding area, please let me know.
